MISSED YOUR DELIVERY?

If you continue to miss your delivery, FedEx will drop it off at your nearest post office for 5 days, the address will be on your tracking info. Pick it up with your ID. If our company sends you the wrong order, you MUST contact us the day you receive it. We will offer an exchange. You'll return the hair and we'll fix your order. Inspect your Hair extensions when receiving, if there are any problems, You MUST contact us the DAY you receive them and we'll replace them. You Cannot contact us after.
IF YOU OPEN, TOUCH, BREAK THE SEAL, USE OR INSTALL THE BUNDLES, WE CANNOT OFFER A RETURN.

DO WE OFFER EXCHANGES?
Yes, we offer exchanges if our company send you the incorrect order. If youchange your mind about the texture or inches when receiving your order, we offer exchanges. The bundles must be untouched, Unopened, not Worn in its original packaging. You pay for all Shipping.
DO WE OFFER REFUNDS?
NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do NOToffer Refunds for Used, Damaged, Open or Installed Bundles. This is a hygiene Product.
